Perfect location, just a stone's throw away from the main train station and a short walk to the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The buffet breakfast offered a great selection of hot and cold options, providing a delicious start to the day.

The mattress in the room was quite old and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. there were some groups of rowdy individuals staying at the hotel, made me feel a bit uncomfortable when coming and going.

The location is fantastic, just opposite/close to the train station and really close to the centre but also behind the National Theatre. The cleanliness and hotel facilities are great, and the staff are always great. the breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Staff were obliging, so we appreciated our being there. This hotel was set in a central area not far from the central station, old town, metro stop. Besides, it was just a few minutes from Praha hlavni nadrazi.

The venue is well-designed, it offers marvellous breakfast and has unbeatable location short walk to many landmarks such as Wenceslas square, train station, old town. The staff are brilliant, they keep the place fairly clean.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Prague. The location was perfect, just across the street from the central train station. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and catching trains to other destinations. The hotel itself was very close to the center, just behind the National Theatre. It was also close to restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores. The room was spacious and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were helpful and friendly, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

I did notice that the reception staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. A simple "thank you" and "enjoy your stay" would have made a significant difference in the overall experience.

Great location near transport options, friendly staff, clean and modern room with good toiletries. Breakfast had a wide range of options. Comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere make for a good night's rest.

Helpful staff. We forgot our slippers in the room and the cleaning staff took good care of them until we returned to collect our luggage. Room wassuper clean and cozy, and breakfast was great. we recommend this hotel.
